Charlie is a one year-old Bloodhound who was hit by a four-wheeler .  His left thigh was broken and he needed extensive (and costly) orthopedic surgery to repair it.  Charlie comes from a large family living on one income, so extra funds for emergency vet bills are hard to come by.  Charlie’s family reached out to STAR and other pet organizations, and together we provided the funding needed to get Charlie back on the scent!
