Ares was suffering from an ACL issue and needed  TPLO (due to size, age, and athletic build) surgery to correct and clean out the arthritis.  The surgery and hospitalization was over $2,100. Are’s owner was recently laid off from the navy after 14 years of service due to budget cutbacks and needed funds for Ares’s surgery, so they contacted STARescue for assistance

Outcome –
Ares had his surgery on June 27th.  The doctor says that everything went perfectly and he will have a full recovery.
